Shipping & returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offer fast courier shipping within Australia for all orders. International orders are by inquiry only - email andi@sundaygolf.com.au. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address.

Orders are dispatched promptly by our team as soon as they're received, usually the same day and within a maximum of 2 business days. and our products are delivered Australia-wide using StarTrack, CouriersPlease, Australia Post, or other courier services.

Shipping times vary by location: Melbourne Metro orders are generally delivered within 1-2 days (sometimes on the same day they're ordered!), and in other capital, cities deliveries range from 2-4 business days. Regional areas generally take a bit longer, ranging from 3-8 days depending on your location.

We will send you your shipping tracking details as soon as your order has been processed so that you can track the progress of your delivery online. And don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any questions 🙂

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You will be responsible for the cost of any returns. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
