SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer fast courier shipping within Australia for all orders. International orders are by inquiry only — email Andi via armstrong.andrea@gmail.com. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. Orders are dispatched promptly by our team as soon as they're received, usually the same day and within a maximum of 2 business days, and our products are delivered Australia-wide using StarTrack, CouriersPlease, Australia Post, or other courier services.
Shipping times vary by location: Melbourne Metro orders are generally delivered within 1-2 days (sometimes on the same day they're ordered!), and in other capital cities deliveries range from 2-4 business days. Regional areas generally take a bit longer, ranging from 3-8 days depending on your location. We'll send you your shipping tracking details as soon as your order has been processed so you can track the progress of your delivery online.
As we're closing our Australian distribution, please note we're not restocking once current inventory sells out — get in early to avoid missing out. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As we're closing our Australian distribution, all clearance stock is offered as final sale. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law — if your item arrives faulty, significantly not as described, or is not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Changed your mind? You're welcome to return your order within 7 days of delivery for a refund, at your own shipping cost. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
